We are looking for proven leader to fill the role of the Agency Sales Systems - IT Manger. This role will be responsible for successful delivery of high profile technical projects, ensuring operational reliability of eleven applications, and leading a high performing team that includes 3 Agile product teams to support of Delta's Global Sales organization. This manager will be responsible for:
Leading a team of twenty or more individual contributors responsible for Agency contract incentive systems, B2B Self-Service, and B2B Reporting application portfolios; developing, recruiting, coaching and mentoring team members to maintain a culture of high performance
Be a resourceful and proactive leader with drive and energy to ensure our portfolio of industry leading applications stay current, relevant, and reliable for our corporate customers and travel agency partners
Collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives and provide strategic and tactical IT solutions to achieve them
Balancing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, work effectively in a dynamic fast paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver consistent results under pressure
Recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; developing solutions
Accomplishing financial objectives by forecasting and planning costs, meeting budget targets.
Effectively sharing and communicating ideas, both face-to-face and in writing to people at various levels within Delta IT in a clear, concise and easy-to-understand manner
BS/MS degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years of IT management, systems development, project management, and/or application development experience
Experienced with enterprise services and globally dispersed development, IT Support and testing teams both onshore and offshore whose systems are mission critical, high availability and high performance
Experienced with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery concepts, frameworks and methods
Comprehensive understanding of software development, including experience with cloud-based technologies and computing, Platform as a Service (PaaS), including Salesforce CRM
Highly developed ability to think, innovate, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing complex technical environment
Always project a positive, persevering, can-do attitude despite obstacles and challenges
Al demonstrate strong leadership ability and professional maturity, including sound judgment, decision making and poise.

Airline Industry knowledge and B2B Sales' system experience required
